The Last Astrokight - Six

Lucifier was galloping at full speed, even though their pursuers would be hopelessly left behind on foot.

"WHERE?" Lotor yelled at his captive.

"Think - me - AHHH! - a fool to help YOU HIDE? Put me down!!" Allura beat on Lotor back once more.

"If you'd like to be a bloody stain amongst the rocks below, my princess, I'd be happy to oblige!!!" Lotor spurred his horse on.

... The Cliffs of Asarah! Allura gulped. She didn't want to die - at least by this fiend. She had to live for her people!

"WELL?" Lotor yelled back.

"The Cliffs - of Asara!" Allura gasped as she clung to her enemy.

"Mean ye to kill us all, Princess? I have no desire to be martyred, thank you. Now WHERE?"

"Set me right!" Allura cried out from where she still carried upon his shoulder. "I need to see where we are! Stop, pleasw!"

"No tricks now, love..." Lotor slowed the horse down and soon enough the animal was still. Lotor didn't let Allura down from Lucifer, but instead slid her down tn front of him."

"Now, tell me." Lotor said softly.

Allura looked around. They were near the Rainbow Caves, probably not more than than a mile away.

"Rainbow Caves." Allura said haughtily. "For what good it'll do ye, Devil."

Prince Lotor smirked. "Ah, what sweet nectar your words are! Which way?"

"Turn right at an odd colored rock. That points the - way. Oh, WHY am I telling you this?" Allura put her hand over her face.

"Perhaps Dame Destiny has her hand upon us." Lotor replied once more, tightening his grip around Allura's waist.

"HYAH, Lucifer!" Lotor spurred the horse to the right, smoothly and surely as if they were of one mind.

"Tell me something I don't know..."Coran muttered under his breath.

"My Lord Chamberlain? Shall we keep scearching?"

"Of course! The monarchy is at stake! Take the torches and a squadron of likely men with you. I don't want to see you or your men until you have her in your posession!"
